All our earrings are handmade using oven-baked polymer clay. They are light and durable.

We use 18k gold-plated and 925 Silver posts.

Our metal components are coated with a plating that is generally safe for sensitive ears. However, individual experiences may vary, as everyone is sensitive to different materials.

Keep your jewellery in a cool and dry location, away from direct sunlight and humid places. Clean your earrings after each wear to remove any moisture or residue buildup.

While polymer clay is water-resistant, the metal components may tarnish over time due to moisture, humidity, and prolonged wear.

Despite their durability, they are still prone to scratches, punctures, or damage from other hard or sharp objects. Please avoid bending them.

Avoid applying pressure on delicate parts, and handle with care while removing earrings or earring stoppers.

For tarnished S925 silver posts, use a silver polishing cloth to restore their shine.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. There will be an additional waiting time for backorder items 5-7 working days.

All orders will be mailed with a tracking number and delivered to recipient's mailbox within 2-3 working days.

We do not accept any returns due to personal hygiene reasons.

We only accept returns and exchanges if the wrong items are sent to you due to our oversight.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email to hello@kureimono.com within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

We will not be responsible for any damage due to wear and tear, or mishandling of the products.

There may be some slight imperfections such as small air bubbles, white patches on back due to sanding or colour differences which could be attributed to variations in screen display which do not affect the functionality or appearance. Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted for imperfections, as stated above.
